We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. All orders come with automatic package tracking, so you can easily monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information. Additionally, while we take great care in packaging your items, we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transit.

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States via USPS.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal and delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Each of our products is carefully handcrafted in small batches, which means there may be slight variations between batches. While we strive for consistency, these subtle differences are part of the charm of our artisanal creations.

Incorrect Order Received?
Although rare, mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong items, please reach out to us immediately with a photo of the incorrect order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
